Salon Policies
booking
In order to schedule a reservation with me, a valid credit card is needed at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. Your card will not be charged until services are rendered unless you are a new client. New client reservations require a deposit. If you cancel your reservation outside of the allocated time frames your card will be charged (see cancellation policy below).
Text message or DM reservation requests are not accepted.
cancellation
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all of my clients, I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. I truly understand that life happens & I appreciate your ability to communicate in a timely manner so that I can accommodate other clients that are on my waitlist. If within the 48-hour timeframe, please email me directly.
Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice - a cancellation fee equal to $25 per service will be charged immediately. (i.e. Relaxer | Haircut = $50 OR Color | Highlight | Silk Press = $75).
No-Show, same-day cancellation, or reschedule will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. No exceptions. New Guests who are no-shows will not be able to reschedule their reservations.

guests & Children
Please be advised that due to liability reasons and the intimate studio environment, I ask that you do not bring children or additional guests with you to your reservation. Additional guests prevent clients from properly social distancing and enjoying their salon experience safely and care-free.
arrival
To better serve you, please arrive on time for your reservation. I will do my best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for all of my guests with scheduled appointments, if you are 15 minutes or later to your reservation, I cannot guarantee that all of your services will be performed, which may result in the forfeit of service(s).
If I cannot serve you, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee per booked service.

Refunds & Redos
It is always my goal to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let me know within 3 days of your reservation, and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments.
This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere, but still let me know, and we will get you to where you want to go together!
pricing
Please be advised that the prices listed on my website and booking system are starting prices and could change without notice.
Longer and/or thicker hair sometimes requires more product. This means that there will be an additional charge, but I’ll always let you know in advance if this is the case.
