Hotel Derek quinceanera

Quinceanera’s have become my favorite thing…especially after working with Claudia, owner of Day to Remember, a few times. What I love most about this particular Hotel Derek Quinceanera is that this Taylor Swift lovin’ little lady loves Wonder Woman and decided to incorporate a Wonder Woman-themed outfit equipped with a shield and sword.

Denise’s Quince' was indeed one that was one for the books. From the cute food buffet to the Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley caricature, this party was (as the young people say) "Lit”.

A few weeks before her Quince’, Denise had a traditional photo shoot. She’s such a quiet and soft-spoken young lady that you can’t help but love her innocence. The looks for her photoshoot and her party were similar. We just enhanced the look more for her party than the photos.

Her Hair

Denise has thick luscious locks and wanted to wear her hair down and curly, so I did a half up half down look to accommodate her WW headband.

Her Makeup

Dramatic or heavy makeup was not the look we were going for here. I wanted her to look like a 15-year-old, not a 25-year-old, so I used soft nude eyeshadows and sheer foundation. This girl has beautiful skin, and I wanted it to shine through her photos. I Topped off her look with a sparkly pink gloss and mascara, and she was ready!
